Study for the interior reconstruction of older premises, Maspex

Interior study for the reconstruction of older premises that were originally too compartmentalized and cumbersome. The reconstruction involved comprehensive renovations, including structural alterations, ceiling modifications, replacement of carpet flooring, adjustment of electrical wiring, and changes to the spatial layout.

Under the umbrella of our design, the main goals were to open up the entrance areas to create a sense of airiness, establish a representative reception zone, and sensitively place the meeting room and common room so they were unobtrusive yet aesthetically pleasing. Given the client's budget constraints, we opted for decorative elements primarily in the form of color tones on the floors and walls of the spaces. The result was a modern, airy, yet playful and inviting space.
