When designing and implementing the stable client centre for Volkswagen in Bratislava, we focused on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing office spaces that provide employees and clients with maximum comfort and ergonomics. This implementation combines precise design, first-class functionality, and high-quality materials to meet the client's demanding requirements.
What have we arranged so far?
• Custom atypical furniture: We complemented the space with unique furniture that not only aesthetically blended into the design but also fulfilled all practical requirements for daily use. This included a built-in wardrobe, lockable cabinets with sliding doors, open storage systems, covers for desks, and other atypical elements.
• Electric height-adjustable desks: For employees, we chose electric desks of classic shape and L-shaped desks, which allow for dynamic alternation of sitting and standing, thereby promoting health and comfort throughout the working day.
• Office and conference chairs: With an emphasis on ergonomics, we selected FLEXi and Anatom office chairs, and FLEXi conference chairs from RIM, which ensure proper posture and are designed for maximum comfort even during long periods of sitting.
• Lounge seating: We added an element of comfort and relaxation to the client zones with high-quality lounge furniture Grand Tour from Quinti (IT), which is ideal for informal meetings and rest.
• Bar stools and kitchen: We equipped the kitchen area with EDGE RIM bar stools and a custom-made kitchen in a modern style that combines practicality with design elegance.
Emphasis on ergonomics and design
In this realization, we placed great emphasis on the ergonomics of the work environment. The health and comfort of employees are a priority for us, which is why we carefully selected every chair, table, and other equipment to meet the highest quality standards. At the same time, we ensured that every design detail reflected the corporate culture and professional image of Volkswagen.

The Volkswagen Client Centre in Bratislava is a perfect example of how we can combine functionality, ergonomics, and modern design. All elements of the space were designed to create a harmonious environment where employees and clients feel comfortable and productive.
